Purchasing a Gift Membership

Please note: If you’re purchasing a gift membership, do not use your existing member email. Please complete the form or call our office during business hours, and we’ll be happy to set up the gift membership for you over the phone.

Use This Form If:

You want to purchase a gift membership
You want to make a donation without using the online payment option
You prefer not to use a credit card online
You wish to pay by cheque
You want to purchase multiple products (e.g., more than one membership)
You are an existing member or a non-member and would like to make a donation

If you are purchasing a new Individual or Family membership, the option to add a donation is available during the online membership sign-up process.
